At Entrusted Transport, our story begins with a simple but powerful question: How would we want our own loved ones to be treated?
Founder Jason George saw a growing need within our communities especially among aging adults, individuals with disabilities, and those with limited support systems. The idea of a loved one being dropped off at the front door alone, unsure, and without support was not good enough. He imagined his own disabled parent in that position, struggling to navigate the last steps of the journey, and knew something had to change. “I wouldn’t want my own family members left on the porch,” he says. “I want to take them all the way to their destination making sure they feel safe, seen, and cared for every step of the way.”
This became the WHY of Entrusted Transport.
We were created to be more than just a ride. We’re here to provide door-through-door service which is a commitment that goes beyond the current standards in non-emergency medical transportation. From the moment we arrive to the moment a passenger is comfortably settled at their destination, our goal is to care for each individual as if they were part of our own family.
Jason has instilled a culture of compassion, professionalism, and personal responsibility into every part of the company. Each team member is expected to uphold the same level of care and trust that they would offer their own loved ones. Our foundational goal is that all team members are confident enough to have their own family member transported with any other crew member on the Entrusted Transport team. Our mission is to ensure that every patient, regardless of their circumstances, experiences a reliable, safe, and respectful journey.

Meet Our POSSE: The Heart of Entrusted Transport
At Entrusted Transport, our team is more than a staff — they are our POSSE, delivering Positively Outrageous Safety and Service Experiences every day. We invest deeply in training and onboarding every team member to ensure they not only meet but exceed the highest standards in non-emergency medical transportation.
From licensed EMTs to compassionate caregivers, every POSSE member is equipped with the knowledge, professionalism, and heart to deliver safe, reliable, and dignified service. Our culture is built around accountability, empathy, and a shared commitment to treating every passenger like family.
Here are a few additional non-negotiables that define our POSSE. Every crew member undergoes comprehensive national and local background checks upon hiring and annually thereafter, including sex offender registry screenings. We also conduct motor vehicle record checks at hire and on an annual basis to ensure continued driving safety and compliance.
All crew members are subject to pre-employment, random, and annual 10-panel drug testing, including marijuana. To further reinforce our commitment to safety, drivers receive performance-based bonuses each pay period for maintaining safe driving habits and upholding our high standards of care.
